Vipin Singh - Founder UrbanTango.com PDF Print E-mail
Vipin Singh founded Urbantango.com as a tool to develop leads for his Seattle Real estate agency. Today, Urbantango.com has grown to a national presence, with top rankings in the major search engines. UrbanTango.com will always maintain it's home page for Seattle Real Estate.

Currently Vipin Singh is the founder of UrbanTango.com a real estate Seattle portal with a local focus, launching in the 30 local markets in the US. The success of which is one of the top five real estate sites of thousands in the Seattle metro market, and Urbantango.com is also ranked #1, or top 10 in many markets such as Minneapolis Real Estate, Portland Real Estate, Oakland Real Estate, Sacremento Real Estate, along many more. Two weeks in the past 12 months UrbanTango.com was exceeding traffic of comparable businesses that spend $500K/year in advertising, with no advertising dollars spent by UrbanTango.com. Vipin is planning on the same strategies to execute on success with a better platform. Vipin's ability to strategically position his offering to meet the customer's demand is an unparallel skill, he wants to avoid media hype, and execute.

The best part is he has mastered the art of driving thousands of Internet customers at little to no cost, to any Web site through search engine marketing and SEO skills. He learned these skills to solve his own problems, and developed a proprietary knowledgebase system called LinkMint SEO, that is being sold through www.Linkmint.com.

Real estate investments, Real estate marketing, and real estate sales are still the key focus for Urbantnago.com and Vipin Singh. Investment in real estate to diversify and grow wealth is the proven way, as many successful investors have found out. Vipin ended up with 3 real estate properties in Seattle, while his stock wealth eroded based on the stock market. He also had a 10% plus return in 2002 with a REIT mutual fund he purchased for $100,000.00, a year where the Stock market took another dramatic down turn. Vipin had the hypothesis that real estate agents and local market expertise were required to make smart real estate investments. He became an agent for Coldwell Banker Bain, the worlds largest franchise of Coldwell Banker. There he won the Rookie of the year for 2004, in the 10th biggest office in the world of 2400 offices. He currently recommends that people continue to invest smart in real estate. He is also involved with 4 other partners in a internet technology company called, MyTypes, Inc with products such www.Miaportal.com and www.Linkmint.com and www.Xoompad.com, www.Orangepillow.com. MyTypes, Inc. is a Internet platform company for delivery of tools, content, and promotion. The Seattle real estate website at www.Urbantango.com is the main reason this company started.

Previously Vipin was a co-founder of Enthusiasm Technologies, where he helped take the company from launch through its successful acquisition. As Vice President for Strategy and Business Development, Vipin helped raise more than $1.5 million in startup funding and mapped out a development strategy for the company. Metro One Telecommunications acquired Enthusiasm Technologies, resulting in a 250% return for the investors, despite the negative climate for technology stocks in 2000-2001.

Before establishing Enthusiasm Technologies, Vipin was in the MBA program, Seattle University while working full time as the Associate Major Account Manager on the Platinum Team with the Gartner Group, where he helped manage $7 million of business with clients including Microsoft, Boeing, Washington Mutual, and the State of Washington. Vipin won national recognition and awards as an Elite group of Gartner Platinum sales team. While at Gartner he had over 10 weeks of class room training on understanding human behavior and decision making process. Mr. Singh has an MIS degree from University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, but he feels sad that his passion for Philosopy fell short of a minor with 1 class.
