As the Team Leader and Director of real estate sales, Rick utilizes over 20 years of real estate broker, team leader, and agent experience. Rick Oxford currently also serves as the Market Center Broker for the Keller WiIliams North Seattle Office. Prior to joining Urbantango.com Rick was the Team Leader and the Managing Broker of the 70 plus real estate agents that work here. He grew the KW North Seattle Office from 21 agents and a brand new office, into a thriving, profitable Market Center. We were so impressed with Rick! Together, we realized we could take UrbanTango.com to the next level. So now, Rick is in charge of all client care for UrbanTango.com. Thus, the reason we went to go to work for Rick is the same reason everyone else likes him, he cares about people! Prior to joining KW North Seattle, Mr. Oxford was in a leadership position with Brokerages such as ERA, Century 21, and Remax. He managed offices, led teams, sold and bought real estate for clients. Rick is also an experienced real estate investor. It's nice to know that some of us work, even if don't have to.
